Poca High School

We have an exciting new addition to our PHS staff.   We have added an Agriculture program to our Career and Technical Education team!  The teacher, Ms. Lainey Smith, is a graduate of Buffalo High School where she was an outstanding Agriculture student and FFA member.  She taught in the Ag program in Lincoln county last year, and brings with her a plethora of great ideas and enthusiasm!  In addition, Ms. Smith is a champion Archer!  This past weekend, she competed in the national ASA Classic and was named ASA Women’s Open 45 shooter of the year!   We are so proud to have Ms. Smith join our team and look forward to the future of the Agriculture program!
